Safety Policy

We at Shanti Group believe that the employees are our most valuable assets. We are committed to the safety of our employees through strict commitment to and compliance of our safety policy.

The Accident rate in the construction industry is higher than the average therefore choosing the safest equipment and the safest process is given the highest priority.

Our Safety Objectives are:

    To have a comprehensive and robust safety policy which takes into account the smallest of operational details and is in congruence with the law of the land.

    To regularly train and educate the employees & workers about the safety practices and policy of the company.

    To display in Hindi, English & local dialects the safety rules & practices.

    To provide safety equipments (shoes, belt, helmet etc) to each worker onsite and to ensure that they are properly used.

  5. 5.

    To have a predefined accident management plan in case of an onsite injury.

  6. 6.

    To ensure compliance to the safety policy and to take appropriate action in case of its violation.
